Overview

 
 
The 15-day adventure tour is covered Tibet, Kathmandu, and Bhutan three different countries. Tourists will start the journey from Lhasa and will experience all essences of Lhasa city sites, at the same time tourists can enjoy Tibet sweet tea at Barkhor street in a nice weather day.


Later, we will head to Kathmandu, the capital of Nepal, in this section, tourists will be offered to explore its attractive natural sightseeing and also feel its full culture. Then, clients will fly to Bhutan, the not developed but the happiest country in the world

Daily Itinerary

 
 
Day 1  Arrive in Lhasa
 
No matter you reach Lhasa by train or airplane, your guide will meet you and take you to your hotel. On the way, Clients may view the Yarlung Tsangpo River/ Brahmaputra river (the Longest and largest river in Tibet) and the Lhasa river.

 
After arrival at your hotel, the rest of the day is totally yours. You can choose to take a rest to adapt to the high altitude. Or you can go out to explore the local area directly.

 
Day 2  Lhasa City Tour - Potala Palace, Johkang Temple, and Barkhor Street (B, D)
 
After breakfast, your guide will pick you up from your hotel, and bring you to the Potala Palace which is the symbol of Tibet, built in 641AD, it is also the winter palace of the Dalai lama. 

 
After lunch, we will go head to Jokhang temple which was founded by the 33rd great king of Tibet in the 7th century. It was the spiritual center of Tibet, pilgrims from every place of Tibet will trek here, making prostrating in front of Jokhang Temple.


Around the temple is the famous Barkhor Street, where you can enjoy the traditional Tibetan tea and or buy some special souvenirs for your family members.  




 
Day 3  Lhasa City Tour - Drepung, Sera Monastery (B)
 
In the morning, you will visit Drepung monastery which is one of the “great three” Gelug monasteries of Tibet, it has more than 500 years history as the largest monastery in the world, the famous annual Shoton Festival is also set here, and during this festival, they will exhibit the precious huge Thangka. 

 
In the Afternoon, Tourists will visit another outstanding Gelug Monastery--Sera Monastery. The most important attention point is the famous Monks Scriptures debate at around 3 - 5 in the afternoon.  




 
Day 4 Lhasa fly to Kathmandu (B)
 
After breakfast we will take flight head to Kathmandu, after arrival the rest day are totally yours, you can enjoy your own time there, like do some leisure wander or buy some souvenir there.

 
Day 5 Kathmandu Day Tour: PashupatinathTempl, Bodahar Buddha Pagoda, Patan Durbar Square
 
Today's trip mainly allocated to Patan, which is an ancient city just one river away from Kathmandu

 
Pashupatinath Temple: Nepal's largest Hindu temple, is also known by many travelers as the Burning Temple. Visit 1 hour

 
Bodahar Buddha Pagoda: the largest round Buddha Pagoda in the world and one of the world's cultural heritages. When praying, believers must circle clockwise, pull out
rosary beads or recite scriptures while turning prayer wheels. Visit 2-3 hours

 
Patan Durbar Square: It has many historic sites and towers and temples. Most of these ancient buildings were built between the 16th and 18th centuries. The square is rectangular, The palace occupies the whole eastern part of the square, while the western part of the square is crowded with various temples. Visit 1-2 hours.



 
Day 6 Kathmandu--Chitwan
 
After arriving at Chitwan, the park staff will make brief explanations about the situation and activities of the park, tourists can enjoy the quiet jungle time and space freely.
 
 
Day 7 Chitwan Day tour
 
After breakfast, you will get a full day safari activities in Royal Chitwan national Park - if you are lucky, you will see many amazing creatures that you spend the most time to looking for, such as rhinoceroses, Chitwan's royal Bengal tigers, leopards, monkeys, many types of deer and reptiles. Check your camera gear, preferably with a telephoto lens and you will not miss any shots.


 
 
Day 8 Chitwan to Pokhara
 
After breakfast, depart from Chitwan to Bokara. Upon arrival, we could take a boat tour to view Lake Feiwa. At here, you can feel the tranquility of Lake Feiwa at any time and at different angles. In the evening, the golden sunset of Annapurna Snow Mountain shines in the lake, lying on the lakeshore or sitting in the boat, enjoying the beautiful scenery leisurely

 


 
Day 9 Pokhara day tour 
 
Bokala area visit, including the Salankot sightseeing. Salankot is a cosmopolitan view, located in the northwest direction of Bokala, which is the ideal place to view the sunrise of  the Himalayas. Devil's Falls visit, it is very beautiful, with bright stones and honeycomb-shaped stone everywhere. 


 
 
Day 10 Back to Kathmandu
 
After breakfast, we will return to Kathmandu then visited the famous SwayanBunat Temple and Badegang City. Later we will back

 
Swayambhunath Temple: Swayambuna Temple, built 2500 years ago, is the oldest Buddhist temple in Nepal. Because a large number of monkeys in the temple so it is named Monkey Temple. Every year at the birthday of Buddha, there will be grand  crowds gather here. Visit 2-3 hours
 
 
Day 11 Kathmandu--Paro--Punaka
 
Today we will fly from Kathmandu to Paro and then go towards Punaka

 
Doxiongla Pass: The "Doxiongla Pass" at 3140 meters above sea level is the most famous scenic spot from Timbu, the capital of Bhutan, to Punaka, the ancient capital of Bhutan, where you can enjoy the magnificent scenery of the eastern Himalayas. 

 
108 pagodas: 108 pagodas, each with different styles, are very delicate. The pagoda is surrounded by the floating colorful sutras flag. It looks very magnificent and mystery.

 
Chimi Lhakhang: Bhutanese built a spiritual house to memory monk Zhubakunli Drukpa Kunley. It is said that childless women can become pregnant when they come here to worship. On the way to Chimi Lhakhang, tourists need to walk through a large area of the countryside, which is full of special Bhutan features.
 


 
 
Day 12 Punaka--Hassan Valley
 
Punaka: Punaka is the ancient capital of Bhutan. She is recognized as the most beautiful castle in Bhutan. Around by blooming blue flowers, trees and the grasslands are dotted with purple flowers, which looks like the dreaming paradise. The central tower is nearly 183 meters long, and it is in a rectangular shape. In ancient times, Punaka was an important place for Bhutan's rulers to celebrate the ceremony. and now it is the Winter Palace of Bhutan's Pharaoh King.
 
 
Kila Nunnery: It is said that it has a history of more than 200 years, is the oldest one in Bhutan. Kila Nunnery was built on a cliff and under the LaShan Pass. Originally it is an ashram built in the 9th century A.D. 
 



 
Day 13 Hassan Valley--Paro
 
Drukyel Dzong: This is an absolutely charming site. its name is made up of "Bhutan" and "victory" in Bhutan words. It is a commemoration for Bhutan people defeat to foreign invaders in 1644. It's also the best place to view Bhutan's spectacular second peak, Mt.Zhumu Lali
 
 
Taktshang Goemba: It is one of the top ten super temples in the world. and also the most famous Buddhist temple in the Kingdom of Bhutan. It is very spectacular, standing over a cliff more than 900 meters above the Palo Canyon. It is said that Master Padmasambhava once ride a tiger here for practice, later  all believers in Bhutan came to worship it. This place was deemed consecrated. The 3140 meters spectacular viewing platform will help you face to this magical temple directly, it makes you feel it likes to grow from the rock
 



 
Day 14 Paro--Kathmandu
 
Rinpung Dzong: It is one of Bhutan's most striking and famous castles, which is probably the best representative of the classic buildings you see in Bhutan. The grand Palo Tshechus Festival hold here, it attracts thousands of local residents and tourists every year
 
 
Paro Street View: Wander in Paro Town. You will find the local people live leisurely and in harmony with natures
 
 
Late, we will take the flight back to Kathmandu

 
Day 15 Kathmandu Departure
 
You will be transferred to the International airport and finish your trip here.

5. Personal expenses, like laundry, phone call, snacks, soft drinks (please do the best to avoid the alcoholic beverages during your Tibet trip), optional tour activities, etc.
